The UK's January ILO unemployment rate of 3.9% came in higher than the expected 3.8%, with an employment change of 1k versus the expected 10k. The average weekly earnings saw a decrease, with a 3m/y change of +5.6% compared to the expected +5.7%. When excluding bonuses, the earnings change was +6.1% versus the expected +6.2%. February payrolls change also showed a decrease at 20k, down from the previous 48k; revised to 15k.
