During a panel at LA Comic Con 2025, co-founder Dan Houser shared insights about the studio's inability to take on every desired project. He stated, “If you’ve got a small lead creative team and a small senior leadership crew, you just can’t do all the projects you want.”

Originally launched in 2006 on PS2, Bully became a cult classic for its innovative schoolyard setting and open-world sandbox experience. Although its popularity spurred speculation about a sequel, Bully 2 was sidelined due to the focus required on bigger franchises like Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption.
